It is produced in accordance with Automatic – Manual winding or slicing systems. Our Jumbo products which can be produced in high quantities by being opened up to the last meter without any problems enable the low production station to work longer without any interruptions.
Suitable for use in automatic or manual wrapping systems. Favoured in many food wrapping domains with its flexible and solid structure. Due to the microcells in its structure, it has high rate Oxygen and humidity permeability which help to keep the food fresh for tong time.
Can be sold in different length and width in accordance with the requests of market and clients. Has packaging options like Boxed and Bulk – In large orders, it can be produced as private label in accordance with the Client’s request. Wrapping products are products used in houses and workplaces.
WHY PVC FILM?
- Unlike any type of films, PVC film has high oxygen and moisture permeability and thanks to the micropores in its natural structure, it allows the product to breathe, hence keeps the food fresh for a long time.
- It can be easily used for packaging, storage and transportation of food.
- Provides longer shelf life by protecting foods against external factors (dust, flies, etc.).
- It prevents the odors of the food from mixing with each other by preventing the odor inlet and outlet.
- Thanks to the antifog in its structure, it does not fog and provides a clear appearance in hot and cold foods.
- Unlike any type of films, PVC film retains static electricty in its structure, therefore it does not require additional special chemicals and easily clings to various surfaces (glass, porcelain, foam plate, etc.)
- With its practical and easy use, it provides maximum hygiene both in the refrigerator and in the open area.
- It is preferred in many areas where food packaging is made with its flexible and robust structure.
- It does not contain harmful substances such as Bisphenol A and Phthalate derivatives.
